Refund Policy
How we handle refunds and cancellations for paid products and services. Last updated June 2026.
IDE Host wants you to be satisfied. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for any paid digital product or service we provide. Where a specific product has its own terms at checkout, those terms apply to that product.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Cancelling stops future charges. We do not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
Refund requests
If something is not working as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. Where a refund is due, we process it to the original payment method.
What is usually not refundable
- Charges older than the window above, unless the law requires otherwise.
- Custom or one-off work that has already been delivered and accepted.
- Fees charged by third-party platforms or payment providers.
How to request a refund
Email support@idehost.com with your purchase details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a few business days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with the updated date shown above.
